Who Governs Best?

I agree with the quote "that government is best which governs least" because it is in many ways true. A government that governs best governs less. The Government that lets the people make their own choices and decisions, will be more prosperous than one which tries to govern and rule every aspect of their life. Don't get me wrong Government should let the voice of the people be heard, and by being heard the people will feel confident in the government, making that government becoming best.
